Let's Pray

Would you be willing to join me in reading this one simple — but profound — sentence today from Colossians 1:16? They are about Jesus Christ:

In Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. (NIV)

And would you be willing to bow in prayer with me for just a moment in order to pray from the heart to Jesus?

Jesus, these words expose us. Everything and everyone that exists for a simple reason: to be for you. And all this this time we have been for ourselves. Forgive us. We surrender. Help us today be for you. In your mighty name we pray, Amen.
